Q) How does a StickleMe re-stick so many times, to so many different surfaces, both indoors and outdoors? A) Great question...how about the fact that it does not rip, it may stick to itself and still pull apart, quite simply, amazingly AWESOME!!! Q) What is a StickleMe? A) StickleMe's are fun, custom, re-stickable, reusable graphic designs, photos, quotes, charts, invitations – really anything you can think of that can be printed. Made from a paper-thin material with a self-adhesive backing, Stickles act like magnets that refuse to follow the rules. More importantly, StickleMe's are a way for schools to raise money, family and friends to share memories, businesses to stand apart from the crowd and a way for you to express yourself. Vinyl wall decals you say? No way! Our StickleMe’s wall decorations and art are better than vinyl wall decals, signs, banners and flags because they go up in a jiffy, stick to just about anything, never leave a mark or residue, won’t damage paint or your surfaces, don’t use glue and can easily be moved, stored and reused just about anywhere! You can even crush, crinkle, fold, squash and shove your Stickles in a drawer or on a shelf and they will spring back to life when you are ready to Stickle away! The unique material(s) are weather-resistant and durable, perfect for indoor and outdoor applications. StickleMe's are custom printed in small quantities or bulk and are re-useable creations designed to stick and re-stick many times. We design custom wall stickers for kids of all ages, along with your imagination (and our artists) or your artwork and photos to create the wall decor, decals, stickers, decorations, signs, banners, flags, sports, schools and team spirit of any shape, size or color! We even make StickleMe Business Cards! Q) Where are StickleMe's made? A) Stickles are proudly made in the USA in our Stickle Labs just outside of the "D". We are excited to help with the resurgence of the Motor City!!! Q) When will my order be processed and how soon will my item(s) ship? A) We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. You will receive a conformation email. Most orders ship withinin 48 hours with the exception of custom designs which will ship within 2-3 business days after you sign off on the final design. Q) Is your site safe to put my credit card information on? A) Absolutely! We pay extra money each month to host our store with Yahoo which uses the most up to date sophisticated security and uses SECURE pages for your order processing. Plus, it's Yahoo! They know how to protect your information. Q) What forms of payment do you accept? A) We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Q) What file formats do you accept? A) We accept .JPEG, TIFF, .PSD, .EPS, and .AI files. Q) Can you explain Vector vs. Raster files? What is an art file? A) A vector file, regardless of how far you zoom, or enlarge, will always be smooth (i.e. no visible pixels). A raster file, when you zoom in, or enlarge, you can see the pixels (little squares). Vector files (Art files) are made with graphic design software - Raster files are produced with a camera and generally pulled from the internet. Some raster files work if they are large files from a good camers (10+ megapixels or large file size - megabytes) Q) How large of an image do I need? A) When small images are digitally made larger, they become blurry and lose their original quality. We want you to have a StickleMe's that you’re proud to show off, so to ensure your StickleMe's keeps the integrity of your original photo we need to start with a large image. For this reason, we recommend taking your pictures with a 4 mega pixel camera or higher, and setting your camera to the highest possible resolution. The larger and clearer the image, the better the final product for your wall! We will contact you if there is a concern for loss of quality prior to beginning your project. Q) What file formats do you need for my logo or mascot? A) For non-photo StickleMe's we need vector or art files (see above). Jpegs and pixel files do not enlarge or stretch. We can recreate or redraw your files so that we have a vector file. We charge $25 to provide you with a vector file (this fee is waived for orders over $100).
Q) How long does it take to create my StickleMe? A)Most StickleMe's are produced and shipped in 3-4 days. We have an expedited delivery process for an additional $25.00, plus shipping. Q) Why do you ask if my image is copyrighted? A) If you took the picture yourself you don’t need to worry about this. On the other hand, if the image you’re trying to upload is something you found on someone's website, or it was taken by a professional photographer, you’ll need their permission to make the image into a StickleMe. Q )How do I apply StickleMe's? A) Here are some helpful tips for applying your StickleMe's: StickleMe's work best on clean, dry, smooth, flat surfaces. Walls, ceilings, doors, vehicles, books, laptops...the possibilities are endless! Just make sure the surface is clean before applying your StickleMe's. Carefully remove your StickleMe's from the background paper. Start from one corner and gently smooth out your StickleMe's onto the selected surface, from the top down. Don't forget, you can remove and re-stick your StickleMe's until you get it just right! You can also re-stick it to the original backing or wax paper. We recommend that you don't try to stick your StickleMe's to anything fuzzy, furry, woolly or hairy. That means not on the carpet, not on your clothes, and not on your cat or dog! Q) What is contour cut? A) Contour cutting is a technology that allows cut your image or graphic to shape versus providing a traditional straightlined square or rectangle. Our wall cutouts are examples of contour cutting. Q) How long do StickleMe's last? A) StickleMe's last for years indoors and will experience fading from sunlight (UV) after 9-12 months outdoors. While we can use traditional material for long-lasting outdoor use (vinyl), we found that the product of choice outdoors is usually StickleMe's. Most love that fact that we offer the unique abilty to restick many times and adhere to most surfaces. Kids love to move them from their car to their bedroom wall. Most schools (classes) and sports teams change every year, so car to wall starts a great collection memory!!! Q) How much money can my school or organization make from StickleMe's Fundraising? A) The best answer to that question is to contact our fundraising representative at 855.STICKLE. We offer a variety of products and ways to raise money with StickleMe's from a purely online fundraiser to a more traditional fundraising approach. Every organization is different, that’s why every StickleMe's fundraiser is customized to offer your organization the highest return on your investment. Our best programs raise in the 20% to 30% range. As we specialize in kid engagement some of our most successful fundraisers involve kids participation from drawing to recreating artwork. Not skilled or unable to draw? Perfect, we specialize in making that process a fun and rewarding experience.. Our stickologist(s) will spend time to assist with the creation of the individual's ideas. We are good at working with many methods of communication...give us a try. Q) How can I contact StickleMe to submit my custom project details and information? A) You can always contact us by phone at 855.STICKLE. We'll be more than glad to help you through the process. If your more comfortable submitting your project online it's quite easy!!! Q) Online Project Submission Click here for form. Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. How do I return an item? You have 30 days upon receipt in which to contact us regarding a return. Please contact us for an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping the merchandise.
